1. Acceptance and who these Terms apply to

These Terms govern use of the Peak Vitalityplatform (“the Service”) by the practice's clinicians and staff. The Service is not patient-facing: patients have no accounts and cannot sign in. Patients receive their assessment from their provider as a printed or downloaded report, and nothing in these Terms is an agreement between the practice and a patient.

By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms, and if you are doing so on behalf of a practice you represent that you are authorized to accept them for it.

2. The Service

The Service ingests biomarker and biometric data and produces clinician-reviewed longevity assessments and reports. It is a tool to support licensed clinicians; it does not itself practice medicine.

3. Not medical advice

Content generated by the Service — including AI-drafted assessments — is informational and is intended for review by a qualified, licensed clinician. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. No assessment is final until a clinician has reviewed and approved it. Patients should never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something produced by the Service.

4. Clinician responsibility

Clinicians are responsible for verifying extracted values, exercising independent clinical judgment, and approving any recommendation before it is released to a patient. Dosing, hormone, peptide, and similar recommendations are never published automatically.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for authorized, lawful, care-related purposes.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to another organization or patient.
• Do not attempt to probe, scan, or circumvent the Service's security controls except under an authorized security assessment.
• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

6. Patient data

Handling of personal and health information is described in our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Protected health information is processed under a Business Associate Agreement with our infrastructure providers.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and accurate but provide it “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law. We may update, suspend, or modify features, and we may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the practice is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
